Yes. New Gigs Flex customers start with a $250 booking limit to help us build a trusted relationship. As you complete successful bookings and payments, your limit will automatically increase over time.

With Gigs Flex, our gigabytes are independent contractors—that means they have the right to accept or decline work, just like with Uber or other gig platforms. While we can’t guarantee a specific person will always accept your shift, we’ve built tools and systems to give you the best chance of success.

Just like Uber or other on-demand platforms, no-shows can occasionally happen. But don’t worry—we’ve got your back. We have real-time support and backup systems in place. If a gigabyte cancels or doesn’t show, we’ll do everything we can to dispatch a replacement quickly or help you reschedule without hassle.
